Please contact the St. Gianna Molla Guild of Northeast Wisconsin (SGMGNEW) if you have any questions about the following policies regarding the privacy standards for our Web site’s visitors and members.
Our Web server automatically records each visitor’s domain name (where possible) and uses cookies only to track visitors’ accesses on our site. E-mail addresses and other personal information are not gathered by our server unless specifically submitted by the visitor through a form on our Web site.
We do collect the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on which pages visitors access on our site, and information volunteered by the visitor, such as survey information and/or Web form registrations.
The information we collect is used for internal review and processing and also used to improve the content of our Web site. No information will be shared with other organizations for commercial purposes. Currently, the Catholic Medical Association does not partner with or have special relationships with any Web advertising companies.
When the transfer of certain types of sensitive information, such as financial or health information, occurs through our Web site, visitors are redirected to a secure server that uses appropriate encryption technology to ensure the private transmission of that information.
SGMGNEW reserves the right to use customer information for other uses not previously disclosed in this privacy notice. If our information privacy practices change at some time in the future, we will post the policy changes to our Web site to notify you of these changes, and provide you with the ability to opt out if you choose.
If you believe that SGMGNEW or this Website is not following its stated privacy policy, please contact us.

Members of the SGMGNEW and visitors to our Web site are sometimes asked for certain personal information. This may include your e-mail address, postal address, telephone numbers, and credit card information. SGMGNEW recognizes its obligation to protect the privacy of your information.
